In a post circulating online, the X user disclosed that the man received a promotion, resulting in an increase in his salary.

Identified as @creative-yua on X (formerly Twitter), six months after the promotion, the man resorted to borrowing money due to an increase in his children’s school fees and electricity bills.
In addition, his landlord reached out to inform him about a rent increase.

Meanwhile, the landlord had a friend who worked at the same company as his tenant, who informed him about the promotion.
Although his wife questioned why they were still struggling despite the increase in their monthly income, he explained that their current income could no longer sustain their previous lifestyle.
