The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is hiring for several positions across Canada, with some entry-level vacancies requiring only secondary school education and no previous work experience.

According to Immigration News Canada, the openings cover tax centres, regional offices and call centres, with salaries ranging from $46,904 (about ₦44.8 million) to $122,817 (about ₦117.5 million), based on an exchange rate of about ₦956.40 to the Canadian dollar.

CRA jobs currently available

    Entry-level CRA positions.
    Pay: $46,904–$59,363 per year.
    No previous work experience required.
    Application closes November 8, 2026.
  2. SP-01 to SP-04, Sudbury, Ontario

    These are not entry-level jobs.
    They are professional auditing positions.
    Pay: $99,864–$122,817 per year.
Applicants need relevant accounting qualifications and work experience.
    Closes October 13, 2026.

The CRA also offers benefits including a federal pension plan, health and dental coverage, vacation leave starting at three weeks and a 37.5-hour work week.

However, Nigerians should note that these vacancies do not automatically provide a pathway to move to Canada. Most positions require applicants to already reside in Canada, while preference is given to veterans, Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

Applications are submitted through the official CRA Careers portal, with applicants required to provide the documents listed in each vacancy.

Immigration News Canada published the report on September 11, 2026, noting that the job details and closing dates were checked against official CRA postings.
