Nigerian rapper Speed Darlington has expressed interest in fighting fellow artiste Burna Boy in a boxing match, following his proposed bout with comedian and streamer Carter Efe.
Speaking with Nevo Media, Speed Darlington said he wants to confront Burna Boy in the ring over their previous dispute, including his arrest.
The rapper described a potential boxing match against the Grammy-winning singer as something that would be a major highlight for him this year.
He said in part …
“The plan is after I finish with the Carter Efe, I hope they can make it happen. I want Burna Boy next so I can offload all my anger on him,
That would be sweet, that would be the highlight of this year
He had me locked up, that’s what he did to me. That’s the deal, I can’t forgive that. Even after the fight, we are still enemies for life…”
Speed Darlington and Burna Boy have had a long-running public dispute, with the rapper previously making allegations about the singer and later facing legal trouble connected to the controversy.
His latest call-out comes as he also prepares for a proposed boxing showdown with Carter Efe, adding another potential celebrity bout to his ongoing public exchanges with fellow entertainers.
