It’s hard to describe all of the feelings provoked by watching a film like Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor’s NAZA. Outrage for sure. Indignity as well. Most certainly disgust, on a profound level, for the current Israeli regime and its prime minister, Bibi Netanyahu. Yet this sober and thoroughly documented bombshell of an exposé, in which two dozen IDF intelligence officers detail the systematic targeting and murdering of civilians in Gaza since October 7th — how it was carried out deliberately and with state-of-the-art precision — also leaves one with a deadening feeling, as if humanity may have lost all…

MrBeast can add best-selling author to his resumé. In addition, the book ranks at No. 1 on Amazon’s list of mystery, thriller and suspense new releases and No. 2 in action and adventure new releases. It also reached No. 2 on Amazon new-release list and is on the top 10 list of USA Today‘s bestsellers. Donaldson is also selling the book on his own website, but those numbers don’t factor in to…
I have to be honest: As much as I love Ellen Burstyn — and who doesn’t love Ellen Burstyn? — the idea of watching a “lighthearted road movie” starring the 93-year-old Oscar winner, Taiki Waititi, Pamela Anderson and a pigeon filled me with a certain amont of dread. I was thus somewhat pleasantly surprised, though definitely not convinced, by Place to Be, a sentimental if rather endearing friendship dramedy that could perhaps be described as Trains, Planes and Automobiles meets Harold and Maude, or something like that. Directed by Kornél Mundruczó, who made several acclaimed features in his native Hungary…
Miley Cyrus‘ upcoming pair of Hollywood Bowl shows has some of the most sought after tickets in live music landscape, as the pop superstar has drawn 1.5 million people to her pre-sale queues, show organizers said Wednesday. For reference, the historic Hollywood venue seats about 18,000 people, reflecting an overwhelming number of people looking to score tickets for Cyrus’ shows. It’s an impressive feat, though not necessarily surprising given that Cyrus hasn’t played a proper concert tour in over a decade, with the exception of a brief 11-date festival tour in 2021 and 2022. Cyrus is playing two shows in…

In a story that The Ankler published on Wednesday, Parker and Stone issued a statement lamenting the lengthy process to complete the project that hails from the pair’s production company Park County, in addition to Lamar and producing partner Dave Free’s pgLang…
What do Annabel’s, Sexy Fish, Delilah and the Bird Streets Club have in common — besides serving as Leonardo DiCaprio’s natural habitat? They’re all now controlled by investment interests tied to Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Abu Dhabi royal who has been snapping up trophy properties across L.A. — and whose acquisition spree recently sparked rumors up and down the strip that the Sunset Tower Hotel and Jeff Klein’s San Vicente clubs might be next. The buying began here in September, when DIAFA, an Abu Dhabi hospitality company affiliated with Tahnoon’s sprawling IHC investment empire, acquired a majority stake…
Elon Musk’s estranged trans daughter, Vivian Wilson, has hit out at artificial intelligence and robotics as the face of a fall 2026 fashion campaign, “Born to Disobey,” from the Spanish fashion label Desigual. In a spot posted to Instagram, Wilson, who is also a model, appears in a series of scenes alongside malfunctioning robot, leading her to conclude: “Some things aren’t meant to be fixed.” In the ad, the DESI84 robot is used as a golf tee, walked like a dog and fails to say “Desigual” on command. As the spot ends, the robot is left banging its head against…
