A Nigerian man identifed as @Nonsowave on X (formerly Twitter) has detailed a surprising encounter following failed attempts to contact his friend.
In a widely circulated post, he disclosed that after the failed attempts, he contacted his friend’s elder brother, who urged him to visit.

Eventually, he paid a visit and was informed that his friend passed away a month earlier, while the family is yet to make an official announcement.
Although the post has since gone viral, the circumstances surrounding his death remain undisclosed.
“When I called her elder brother, he said she probably wasn’t close to her phone, but then he said that if I ever had the chance, I should stop by and visit him. One weekend, I finally decided to visit him, and to my surprise, he told me my friend had died about a month earlier, but the family had chosen not to announce it”,She added.
